FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery items are delicate and should be handled carefully.

If you wish to return a faulty product, we will gladly repair or exchange. 

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE

You may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
